So he had faked his drunkenness while he gathered information all night, now finally retreating from the party with the proclamation that he would go “drain the sea monster”. Kabuto had already planned what to do next; he would find some strange place to sleep through the night, and make it look like he had simply collapsed there after having peed, not unusual after a night of drinking like that.
“Kabuto”
Kabuto didn’t freeze, he knew exactly who was calling and what that meant to his plans, but a drunken man doesn’t freeze. Kabuto stumbled around himself to take a look at the newcomer.
“Orochimaru!” Kabuto shouted in happiness as he got a look at the newcomer walking towards him. “Out to drain the sea monster too? Orochimaru didn’t answer; he just dragged Kabuto along the hallway with a grim smile on his face. Kabuto was singing some random song to cover up his thinking: where was Orochimaru taking him and how would it affect his plan?
Kabuto’s first question was answered as Orochimaru opened one of the doors in the hallway and threw Kabuto on the room’s bed. Akatsuki had cleared out the hotel for all unwelcome guests before starting their party, so whoever used to use this room was ‘not around’ anymore. Kabuto took quick note of the room, it was a girls room, that much was sure, the bed sheets and pillows were all pink and filled with heart patterns.

Kabuto didn’t tense up, drunk Kabuto wouldn’t be annoyed, drunk Kabuto would go ahead, so Kabuto had to go ahead as well. “Like the best boss ever!” Kabuto said, spilling a bit of beer and running his hand over Orochimarus chest beneath the shirt. “You know I had this boss in Konoha. She would always talk about doing all sorts of stuff. Like one time she said she would propose to the one she loved, but she never got around to it you know? And that is what I like about you.” Kabuto said, underlining his point by poking Orochimaru with his beer very seriously, before emptying it in one go and throwing the can away. “You always just do exactly what you want; you don’t hesitate at all, you just do stuff!” Kabuto tried to poke Orochimaru again but realized that he couldn’t move his arm. Bite marks, his brain noticed, a localized immobilizing poison perhaps, but to what end? “Heh” he said, keeping the drunk façade up was the most important thing of all. “I think my arm is asleep.” He giggled as he realized that he couldn’t move his other arm either. Kabuto felt a snake slither its way around him as finally appeared in his field of vision and came to a halt on his lap. It wasn’t a large snake, but it was big enough, and its real danger came from its poison that had already immobilized his arms. Kabuto realized that he might as well be drunk, with the poison in his blood he was completely helpless, a fact that was demonstrated as Orochimaru removed Kabutos arm from his chest and pushed Kabuto down on the bed. “What exactly are you doing?” Kabuto laughed, his mind racing in fear. Orochimaru didn’t answer, just smiled grimly and pulled off Kabutos pants. “Oi Oi! What are you-” Kabutos mouth suddenly became filled as the snake slithered into his mouth effectively gagging him. The snakes quickly caught Kabutos tongue and kept it in a gentle grip in its mouth, its fangs almost piercing his tongue. Kabuto didn’t dare to move as Orochimaru pulled down his own pants, the snakes poison was powerful who knew what damage it could do so close to the brain.
He was helpless as Orochimaru smiled the most devious of smiles and lifted Kabutos legs high into the air, giving him free access to Kabuto’s ass. Writing about a drunk guy isnt easy, writing about a really smart guy pretending to be drunk isnt easy either. But I think I did a decent job. Gotta admit though, never would had thought of this pairing myself, not in a million lifetimes.
